Introducing Candidates : We will send you a list of short listed candidates' CVs

Zoom interviews: We will arrange for Zoom Appointments between yourselves and the candidates that you are interested in interviewing

Verification & Compliance: Our Compliance team will conduct all neccessary checks and provide you with documents and references.

Visa and Travel: We guide the successful candidate in every step to apply for visa and flights bookings.

Accomodation: Accomodations are provided to the successful candidates as a part of the package provided by the employer. Transport will be provided on arrival from airport to accomodation.

 

Nightingangels helps in recruiting  Nurses and Health Care Workers and Senior Health Care Workers from non- EU countries into permanent jobs in NHS Trusts, Private Hospitals, GP Surgeries ,Nursing Homes and Residential homes in the UK.

Our International team will collect, screen and approve documentation of International Candidates regarding their Qualifications, Work experience, English language proficiency Test result, Registration with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council UK) and passing the NMC- CBT (Computer based Test) for International Nurses. The last two are for International Nurses  and Nursing associates.

We may arrange a phone interview/Zoom interview with ourselves. We will then pass on the information to Clients/Employers. Once short listed by Clients/ Employers we will arrange Zoom appointments/Interviews for them with candidates.

Where necessary we will provide Online Training for Candidates to be compliant with NHS Trusts’ guidelines.

We will guide you through the visa process once you have been successful in your Zoom Appointment/Interview.

Our International Team offer a package with Supporting International Candidates throughout the above mentioned process, booking flights and picking up at the airport and providing accommodation at a considerably reduced cost.

We request and suggest to Employers that they consider reimbursing successfully recruited International Nurses either fully or partly for either all or majority of the following expenses incurred by the candidate for them to be successful :-

  1. Nursing and Midwifery Council Registration Fee
  2. IELTS/OET Costs (Cost of one test only)
  3. Cost of the successful Online CBT Test
  4. OSCE Training Costs and Examination Fee
  5. Visa application fee
  6. Up to 3 months rent contribution
  7. Cost of flight from home country (Economy class only)

 

The reimbursement package depends on the Employer and may vary from Employer to Employer.
